Yes! I accept select insurance plans, including Carelon, Anthem of Ohio, Cigna, Aetna, and UnitedHealthcare/Optum. I am in the process of onboarding onto more insurance plans and will update my website to reflect that. Coverage can vary depending on your specific plan, so I recommend verifying your benefits ahead of time. If you’re unsure how to do this, I’m happy to help guide you through the process.
I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, may be subject to a cancellation fee. This helps protect the time set aside for you and allows me to offer that space to others when possible.
I offer both virtual and in-person sessions for clients located in Ohio. Virtual sessions are held through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, allowing you to attend from the comfort of your own space. In-person sessions are available for those who prefer face-to-face support. We can talk through what option feels best for you.
