Do you accept insurance?

Yes! I accept select insurance plans, including Carelon, Anthem of Ohio, Cigna, Aetna, and UnitedHealthcare/Optum. I am in the process of onboarding onto more insurance plans and will update my website to reflect that. Coverage can vary depending on your specific plan, so I recommend verifying your benefits ahead of time. If you’re unsure how to do this, I’m happy to help guide you through the process.

What are your fees?

My standard session fee is $125 per session. Sessions are typically 50–55 minutes. If you have questions about affordability or payment options, feel free to reach out and we can discuss what may be possible.

What is your cancellation policy?

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, may be subject to a cancellation fee. This helps protect the time set aside for you and allows me to offer that space to others when possible.

Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions?

I offer both virtual and in-person sessions for clients located in Ohio. Virtual sessions are held through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, allowing you to attend from the comfort of your own space. In-person sessions are available for those who prefer face-to-face support. We can talk through what option feels best for you.

Do you offer out-of-network billing or superbills?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If I’m not in-network with your insurance plan, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I recommend checking with your provider to understand your out-of-network benefits and what portion of sessions may be covered.
