My Approach
My approach to therapy is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in real life. I care about insight, but I also care about what you do with it. Because awareness is powerful, but awareness plus intentional action is what actually creates change.
I created this practice with the belief that becoming better isn’t about becoming someone completely different. It’s about coming back to yourself; just with more clarity, more self-trust, and more choice in how you move through the world.
And honestly? That process doesn’t always look impressive from the outside.
Sometimes it looks like setting a boundary and feeling guilty about it.
Sometimes it’s choosing rest when everything in you says “keep going.”
Sometimes it’s noticing a pattern and deciding, even in a small way, to respond differently.
That’s the work we do here.
I see therapy as a space where you can slow down enough to make sense of your experiences, understand your patterns without judgment, explore and process hard things, build tools that actually support your day-to-day life, and maybe even laugh a little while doing so.
You don’t need to come in with a perfect explanation or a clear goal. You just need a willingness to be curious and a little bit honest.
